Crafty Birds provides sewing lessons in Ampthill, Bedfordshire. All of our sewing lessons are held in the well equipped, modern, and comfortable sewing studio at Redborne Upper School. We run sewing courses for both adults and children in the evenings and at weekends.
Crafty Birds was set up by Anneka, a fully qualified fashion and textiles teacher, who teaches the children's sewing classes. Katie teaches the adults sewing classes and is also a fully qualified fashion and textiles teacher. Both Anneka and Katie are university degree educated in fashion and have industry experience, who open the doors of their classroom at Redborne Upper School to others who want to learn to sew. As practising teachers they can apply differentiated teaching techniques to ensure everyone learns and makes progress at a Crafty Birds sewing course.
